AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is seeking a Safety Manager to lead the S&L safety strategy, align with the AmeriGas Safety Management System, and drive continuous improvement across safety disciplines.

The role partners with S&L leadership to identify risk, ensure OSHA/FMCSA/NFPA compliance, and deliver field training, audits, and program administration to embed a strong safety culture at all sites.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in safety or related field; field experience may substitute.
• 5+ years of safety administration and 5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• BCSP preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and own the overall safety strategy for S&L operations and align with the AmeriGas Safety Management System.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to identify risk and ensure safe day-to-day operations across all sites.
• Plan and conduct safety audits to assess compliance and drive corrective actions for regulatory adherence (PSM knowledge).
• Maintain field presence through site visits and hands-on training to reinforce safe behaviors.
• Design, build, and manage safety programs and admin systems to drive cultural change and continuous improvement.
• Deliver clear safety communications to all levels and report progress regularly.
