Job summary

Venture Global LNG seeks a Vice President, Training to lead the transformation of how we educate and empower our people across Houston, TX and Louisiana sites.

The role will design and execute a multi-year roadmap to build a world-class training organization—integrating onboarding, compliance, technical skills, and immersive learning technologies to ensure safe, efficient operations across the value chain.

Qualifications

• Fifteen or more years of learning, development, or operational training leadership experience within LNG or equivalent energy sector.
• Proven ability to build training organizations at scale with immersive learning and simulation approaches.
• Deep understanding of LNG operations, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 3-year enterprise training strategy covering onboarding, regulatory compliance, technical skills, and leadership readiness.
• Partner with Operations, HSSE, Engineering, and HR to align training with business priorities and standards.
• Oversee LMS deployment, CAMS, analytics, and competency tracking to measure impact and ROI.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning and establish a global Training Center of Excellence.
