Job summary

Blank Rome LLP in New York is seeking a Manager of Partner Recruiting to oversee day-to-day recruitment administration and help lead lateral partner hiring objectives. You will work with the Vice Chair, Co-Chair of Partner Recruiting, and the Chief Legal Talent Officer to drive strategy and execution.

This role offers a hybrid schedule with onsite 3 days per week for NY or Philadelphia offices. You will coordinate recruiting, onboarding, due diligence, and diversity initiatives while reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in the law firm industry.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels in the firm.
• Client service oriented, highly responsive, with executive interface.
• Strong interpersonal, initiative, and organizational skills.
• Willing to work extended hours as needed and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web conferencing tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to execute growth goals and partner recruiting initiatives.
• Guide candidates through recruiting, onboarding, and integration processes.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates and search firms during lateral hiring.
• Oversee seamless lateral partner onboarding and travel logistics for meetings.
• Develop market research projects and maintain recruitment data and reports.
• Manage relationships with search firms, negotiate proposals and service agreements.
• Coordinate communications and provide offer letters with clear updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in due diligence reviews and conflicts coordination.
• Support diversity objectives and partner recruitment methodologies.
