Globally Recognized AM 100 Law Firm in New York, NY is seeking an Associate Director of Lateral Partner Recruiting to lead high-visibility hiring initiatives for lateral partners. You will manage candidate engagement, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding while guiding a talented recruiting and research team.

In this senior leadership role, you will partner with practice group leaders and firm leadership to shape recruiting strategies, optimize processes, and drive the firm's growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of legal recruiting experience, including lateral partner recruiting.
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in recruiting.
• Experience managing recruiting programs, projects, and budgets.
• Strong understanding of recruiting processes within a law firm.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of lateral partner recruiting from engagement to offer/acceptance.
• Lead, supervise, mentor, and develop Partner Recruiting and Attorney Intelligence & Research teams.
• Partner with practice group leaders and firm leadership to execute hiring strategies.
• Oversee candidate evaluations, due diligence, interview processes, and offer packages.
• Collaborate with Conflicts, Finance, Business Development, Marketing, and Attorney Integration for onboarding.
