The role blends strategic recruitment with structured integration programs, including onboarding plans and 36-month reviews, and requires a strong track record in Am Law environments. Hybrid work from NY or Philadelphia offices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Am Law firm experience in lateral partner recruitment.
• Proven ability to onboard and integrate partners.
• Strong knowledge of partner economics and business planning.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead lateral partner recruitment and integration strategy.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to set growth priorities.
• Develop sourcing plans and maintain a candidate pipeline.
• Oversee onboarding, integration, and 36-month post-hire reviews.
• Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights.
