Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years of relevant experience; 5+ years supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Service Owner function across enterprise, mission, and unit-focused services.
• Define enterprise service management practices and governance standards.
• Drive service portfolio performance, cost management, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Develop service business plans, value propositions, SLAs, and market-informed assessments.
• Identify cross-portfolio opportunities and promote shared solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to align services with needs.
