Job summary

E Tech Group is seeking an IT/OT Director of Operations and Cybersecurity to lead industrial network engineering and OT security service delivery across plant, power, and manufacturing environments. You will guide team operations, staffing, project execution, quality, client relationships, and security architectural standards behind engagements.

You will own delivery standards, budgets, and SOWs, partnering with BU leadership and sales.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of network security or engineering with OT exposure and leadership experience.
• Strong delivery experience in plant, power, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading IT/OT integration or convergence in industrial settings.
• Experience partnering with sales on client relationships, proposals, and SOWs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of network and OT security engineers; manage staffing and workload.
• Own practice delivery: scheduling, resource allocation, quality, issue resolution, on-time delivery.
• Partner with sales and BU leadership on pursuits, expectations, escalations, and delivery accountability.
• Own project financials: budgets, utilization, forecasting, proposals, SOWs; review scope and risks.
• Set delivery standards and metrics for quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction; improve playbooks and deliverables.
• Lead OT incident-response readiness with playbooks and tabletop exercises.
