Trimont seeks a Director, Technology Business Operations to drive operational excellence within the IT organization. This individual contributor role manages IT operations, business alignment, budgeting, and vendor relationships, delivering dashboards and insights for executive leadership.

The role emphasizes workforce planning, capacity management, and cross-functional collaboration with business and technology leaders to optimize delivery and performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, business operations, or technology management.
• Experience supporting CIOs/CTOs or senior leaders on strategic initiatives.
• Expertise in technology workforce planning and organizational management.
• Proven ability with third party contracts, vendor relationships, and expense management.
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization, reporting tools, and performance measurement.

Responsabilités

• Develop workforce plans, staffing models, and resource forecasts aligned with IT priorities.
• Monitor capacity, utilization, and health across infrastructure and services.
• Define IT KPIs and dashboards, with actionable insights for performance improvements.
• Support budgeting and financial forecasting for IT operations and capital investments.
• Oversee the technology book of work, dependencies, risks, and conflicts.
• Assist with IT vendor relationships, SLAs, and performance reviews.
• Analyze vendor spend and identify cost-optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with technology leadership to mature operational practices.
• Strengthen technology employee engagement and satisfaction.
