Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive Information Technology experience.
- Strong background leading IT teams, functions, or major technology programs.
- ERP or enterprise business applications expertise (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to define solutions and requirements.
- Proven ability to manage projects and competing priorities while delivering results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization’s IT strategy, priorities, and technology roadmap.
- Partner with business leaders to translate operational needs into technology solutions.
- Oversee ERP, business applications, and manufacturing-related systems.
- Lead projects involving implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
- Build, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing IT team.
- Own IT budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Maintain reliable technology services in partnership with infrastructure teams.
- Drive modernization of workflows across manufacturing and corporate functions.
