Job summary

enGen seeks an experienced data governance leader to drive enterprise data standards and governance across IT projects.

You will coordinate with Data Owners and Stewards across 18 domains, lead governance councils, and push the transition to Certified Data Products with SWAT support.

This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, strategic planning, and ongoing process improvement in a fast-changing environment. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, CS or closely related field.
• Master’s degree in IT, MIS, CS or closely related field (preferred).
• At least 5 years in a leadership/mentoring role.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for the data governance team and IT projects.
• Lead scheduling, planning, and delivery of enterprise data governance.
• Manage Data Owners and Stewards across 18 domains and coordinate governance councils.
• Ensure process improvement and alignment with Highmark's standards.
