Job summary

enGen seeks a seasoned data governance leader to architect and oversee the data governance program across IT projects and data products. You will lead planning, scheduling, and delivery, establishing enterprise standards and guiding cross-functional teams through data lifecycle changes.

The role focuses on transitioning to certified data products, managing the Data Marketplace, and providing strategic SWAT support to business-led councils.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/IS/CS or related field.
• 5+ years in data governance or related roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data governance team to establish enterprise standards.
• Manage Data Marketplace and coordination with Operational Data Councils.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess impacts of new technologies and processes.
• Ensure continuous improvement of governance processes and delivery of results.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or closely related discipline
