Job summary

enGen is seeking a technical and strategic leader to drive the Enterprise Data Protection program. You will set the vision, roadmap, architecture, and execution strategy for data security, DLP, data classification, and data activity monitoring across the organization.

The role leads a multidisciplinary team and partners with security, cloud, infrastructure, privacy, legal, and business units to protect sensitive information while enabling organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Computer Science or related field.
• 6 years of relevant experience substitution for a Bachelor's Degree.
• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field (preferred)
• 7–10 years in Information Security and/or Information Risk Management and/or Information Technology

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data protection program strategy and execution.
• Partner with security, cloud, infrastructure, privacy, and legal teams to protect sensitive information.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to architects, engineers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, standards and governance.
