enGen is seeking an experienced leader to act as the technical and strategic head of the Enterprise Data Protection program. You will guide data security, DLP, classification, and activity monitoring, translating complex concepts into business risk and strategic decisions.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team and partner with security, cloud, and legal teams to protect sensitive information while enabling business objectives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, information systems or related field.
• 10+ years in information security/risk management roles.
• Experience leading data protection programs and cross‑functional teams.

Mansioni

• Lead enterprise data protection program strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee DLP, data classification, encryption, and key management implementations.
• Drive security architecture, engineering, and operations for enterprise data protection.
• Collaborate with security, cloud, privacy, legal and business teams.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and budgets.
• Provide executive-level reporting on risk and maturity of the program.
