Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security or related field.
• 7-10 years in information security and/or risk management.
• Experience mentoring and leading teams in a security context.

Responsibilities

• Perform management responsibilities including hiring/termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations; develop and implement policies; may have budgetary responsibility.
• Provide oversight of all aspects of project management to ensure process improvements; negotiate with leadership and staff to develop security solutions; adhere to internal standards and strategies; manage resources and risk.
• Provide department leadership: drive organizational change; champion information security innovation; enforce security training.
