Continua Interiors is seeking a senior leader to own the strategy, architecture, and day-to-day management of our business applications portfolio, including ERP, CRM, project management, HR, finance, and automation. You will optimize platforms like CORE V, HubSpot, and Power Platform while guiding a talented team of analysts, developers, and product owners.

Formación

• 5-10+ years of business applications experience spanning administration, configuration, development, and architecture, including 2+ years of team leadership.
• Demonstrated strategic and hands-on expertise across ERP, CRM, and enterprise integration, with proficiency in CORE V, HubSpot, or enterprise integration platforms.
• Experience managing an application portfolio end-to-end, including roadmap development, release management, and vendor oversight.
• Proven experience managing operating and capital budgets, SaaS vendors, contracts, and negotiations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into application solutions and communicate outcomes to executives.

Responsabilidades

• Own the strategy, architecture, roadmap, and day-to-day operations of Continua’s business applications portfolio (ERP, CRM, project management, design, HR, finance, integrations, automation).
• Manage platforms including CORE V, HubSpot, Monday.com, D-Tools, CET/CEP, AutoCAD, SharePoint, Paylocity, Ramp, Azure Integration Services, and Power Platform.
• Oversee the full requirements-to-delivery lifecycle and translate business needs into prioritized initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Maintain application reliability, security, integration health, release quality, and change-management standards.
• Coach and develop Business Applications team while contributing to configuration, automation, and troubleshooting.
• Manage budgets, contracts, renewals, vendor performance, SLAs, and systems integrator relationships.
• Oversee releases, incident response, change advisory, testing, and month-end close support.
• Partner with Security, Data & Analytics, and Infrastructure to maintain secure integrations and data governance.
