Job summary

Novus International is seeking a Manager, Global IT Business Applications to lead the applications portfolio across ERP platforms SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft. You will mentor a team, drive strategic roadmaps, and ensure control frameworks while delivering reliable, integrated solutions.

The role collaborates with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, manage budgets, and maintain robust governance and security across the technology stack.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of information technology experience in enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft.
• Proven hands-on skills with data integration using Java, SQL, and Power Platform.
• Experience in IT governance, SOX/compliance, and change management.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the applications team to deliver integrated ERP and cloud-based solutions.
• Design and govern ITIL-aligned processes and ensure SOX compliance.
• Oversee project planning, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Establish SLAs, monitor app health, and drive incident resolution.
