Job summary

ButterflyMX is seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead a modern, secure enterprise IT function for a distributed workforce. This hands-on leader will own IAM, endpoint management, hardware lifecycle, and AI-enabled operations, reporting to the CISO.

You will be known across ButterflyMX for thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and delivering high-quality solutions rather than bureaucracy. This role shapes the workplace of the future with AI-powered IT.

Qualifications

• Proven record improving IT quality and employee experience.
• Strong ownership and hands-on leadership in fast-moving SaaS/tech.
• Deep knowledge of IAM, SSO, MFA, and lifecycle automation.
• Experience integrating identity platforms with Google Workspace/Workday.
• Endpoint security, patching, and zero-trust principles.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a modern, AI-enabled IT strategy and operations.
• Lead IT governance, security standards, and incident response.
• Provide white-glove, scalable end-user support and self-service.
• Oversee endpoint management across macOS/Windows and hardware lifecycle.
• Implement AI-driven automation to improve workflows and docs.
