You will drive the technical vision, manage delivery across time zones, and advance observability, security, and HIPAA compliance for mission-critical healthcare software.

Qualifications

• Seasoned engineering leader with distributed teams across locations.
• Strong background in cloud-native architectures and scalable web apps.
• Experience aligning product goals with engineering delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed Full Stack Engineering team across onshore and offshore.
• Define and drive the technical strategy for the Enterprise Clinical workflows platform.
• Own roadmap execution with Product and Design, ensuring timely delivery.
