Job summary

Verisma seeks a senior financial operations executive to lead Invoice to Cash, including AR, cash applications, and requestor management. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a PE-backed environment, driving DSO reduction and accurate cash posting across channels.

The leader will mentor ~50 staff, partner with finance leadership, and advance automation through AI/RPA while ensuring compliance and strong internal controls. Remote work is not indicated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 12-15+ years in Order/Invoice to Cash, AR, Collections, or Finance.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Leads large multi-functional teams with data-driven mindset.
• Healthcare, Release of Information experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR, cash applications, and requestor management with DSO ownership.
• Own enterprise AR performance and DSO reduction.
• Engage in aging reviews and high-risk customer situations.
• Design collections rhythms and track KPIs (DSO, CEI, aging).
• Oversee cash application across payment channels (ACH, wire, etc.).
