Job summary

Realty Income seeks a Manager of Finance Operations Automation to own and advance the customer payment experience and cash application automation within the Invoice-to-Cash value stream. This role reports to the VP, Finance Operations and partners with Finance, Accounting, Technology, Data, and Client Experience to improve how customers pay and how payments are matched and reported.

The successful candidate will lead the cash automation domain, govern remittance ingestion, posting, and exception

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Finance Operations, Accounts Receivable, or payments domains.
• Experience leading automation or finance transformation initiatives through deployment and stabilization.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable automation roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer payment strategy across portals, ACH, and wire channels.
• Define scalable automation for cash application and remittance processing.
• Lead design and continuous improvement of posting strategies and exception handling.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Technology, and Data teams for integrated solutions.
