Job summary

Entrata seeks a strategic Head of Investor Relations to lead the IR function, partnering with the CFO, CEO, and executive team. This leader will prepare for investor engagement and establish practices for a successful public-company IR program.

The role requires deep IR experience, strong financial acumen, and the ability to articulate Entrata’s AI-driven property-management platform to investors. Flexible remote/hybrid options are available.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in investor relations for a public company.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, guidance, valuation, and capital markets.
• Ability to articulate complex business models and financial performance to investors.

Responsibilities

• Build investor and analyst relationships and engage current and prospective investors.
• Coordinate quarterly earnings materials, calls, and investor presentations.
• Support accurate public disclosures with Legal and Finance.
• Deliver market intelligence and feedback to ensure consistent external messaging.
• Develop IR calendar, processes, and internal controls for an effective program.
