Job summary

Entrata is seeking a Head of Investor Relations to lead the IR function and partner with the CFO, CEO and executive team. You will prepare the company for investor engagement, manage communications, and ensure compliant disclosures for a public-company IR program.

Candidates should have significant IR experience, strong financial understanding, and the ability to articulate complex models to buy-side and sell-side analysts while leveraging GenAI to enhance messaging and insights.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in investor relations, including work with or advising a publicly traded company.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate guidance, valuation methodologies, capital markets, and public-company reporting.
• Ability to articulate complex business models and financial performance to investors and analysts.
• Discretion handling MNPI and sensitive disclosures; high integrity and judgment.
• Experience leveraging GenAI to accelerate messaging, competitive intelligence, and investor feedback analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build investor and analyst relationships and manage engagement programs.
• Coordinate quarterly earnings materials, calls, presentations, and external communications.
• Support accurate public disclosures with Legal and Finance and ensure compliance with securities laws.
• Monitor market intelligence and align cross-functional teams for external messaging.
• Develop the IR calendar, processes, and internal controls for an effective program.
