Entrata, a global leader in AI-driven property management technology, seeks a Head of Investor Relations to partner with the CFO, CEO, and executive team on a public-company IR program. This leader will craft investor communications and establish the governance, calendar, and controls needed for effective disclosures.

You will oversee earnings materials, investor presentations, and IR website content, while building market intelligence across Finance, Legal, and Communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in investor relations for a public company or advising one.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, and public disclosures.
• Ability to articulate complex business models and strategy to investors.

Responsibilities

• Lead Entrata's investor relations program and partner with the CFO/CEO and exec team.
• Coordinate quarterly earnings materials, calls, presentations, and external communications.
• Develop market intelligence and maintain governance around investor messaging.
