The Head of Investor Relations will partner with the CFO/CEO to build and manage Entrata's IR program, preparing the company for investor engagement and ensuring compliant, effective communications with markets and stakeholders.

The role demands deep IR experience, strong financial acumen, and the ability to articulate Entrata’s business model and growth strategy to buy-side and sell-side audiences using modern GenAI

Qualifications

• Significant experience in investor relations, including prior work within or advising a publicly traded company.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate guidance, valuation methodologies, capital markets, and public-company reporting.
• Proven ability to clearly articulate complex business models, strategic initiatives, and financial performance to buy-side investors and sell-side analysts.
• Sound judgment and strict discretion when handling Material Nonpublic Information (MNPI) and sensitive corporate disclosures.
• Strong project-management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Finance, Legal, Accounting, Product, and executive leadership teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Master of Business Administration (MBA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, or equivalent professional credentials.
• Experience handling SaaS or high-growth technology valuation metrics in investor communications.
• Experience leveraging modern GenAI workflows to accelerate messaging deliverables, competitive intelligence, and investor feedback analysis while maintaining data governance.

Responsibilities

• Build investor and analyst relationships
• Establish a thoughtful engagement program with current and prospective investors and sell-side analysts, and help cultivate a long-term shareholder base aligned with Entrata’s strategy.
• Manage investor communications: coordinate quarterly earnings materials, earnings calls, investor presentations, the IR website and other external communications.
• Work with Legal and Finance to support accurate, consistent and timely public disclosures and ensure investor communications follow applicable securities laws and company policies.
• Deliver market intelligence: monitor investor feedback, analyst perspectives, valuation trends, peer performance and market developments; build cross-functional relationships to support messaging.
• Develop the calendar, processes and internal controls needed to run an effective investor relations program
