The role partners with Finance, Procurement, Sales, and IT to align inventory with growth and profitability objectives. The incumbent will own Blue Yonder Inventory Optimization, refine planning parameters, and develop a long-term roadmap

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• MBA or master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise inventory strategies to optimize working capital, turns, fill rate, and service levels.
• Establish inventory policies and segmentation across CFCs, RICs, subsidiaries, and specialized programs.
• Lead stocking strategies with ABC/XYZ segmentation, service level differentiation, safety stock, and replenishment policies.
• Evaluate inventory deployment decisions across the network balancing transportation costs and customer service.
• Partner with IT and Blue Yonder teams to maximize solution capabilities and governance.
