Job summary

Ethan Allen is seeking a Design Center Manager in Annapolis to lead design teams, grow sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee daily operations, partner with designers, and ensure high standards of professionalism.

The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent with sales leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to train staff. Competitive base salary plus incentive opportunities and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience or High School diploma or equivalent with 10+ years of progressive relevant work experience and practical interior design experience.
• Proven sales background in residential interior design.
• Supervisory experience required with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to train and coach design teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operation of the design center.
• Follow leadership principles; lead, coach and develop the design team to meet sales goals.
• Drive new business through grassroots marketing and partnerships.
• Review P&L statements monthly with leaders.
• Develop community programs to raise brand awareness locally.
• Complete performance appraisals and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide guidance to key personnel to ensure growth and asset protection.
