Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience with coaching capability.
• Strong interior design skills including space planning and material selection.
• Proven sales and client relationship abilities with pipeline management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Organizational and project management capabilities for multiple client projects.
• Familiarity with CRM, POS and design visualization tools.
• Experience in luxury retail or interior design environments preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design/Interior Architecture/Business or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a design consultant team within the showroom.
• Manage client appointments and deliver exceptional showroom experiences.
• Drive interior design sales from consultation to project closure.
• Prepare design presentations and proposals for clients.
