Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. seeks an experienced Design Center Manager to oversee operations, coach teams, and drive sales growth within the local market.

You will develop business plans, manage customer relationships, and ensure design excellence across projects. The role requires strong leadership, a background in residential interior design, and the ability to train staff while delivering superior customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5 years of experience or High School diploma with 10 years progressive relevant work experience.
• Proven sales background in residential interior design.
• Broad knowledge of interior design and effective sales techniques.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management of the design center.
• Lead and coach design teams to meet sales goals and develop business plans.
• Drive new business through grassroots marketing and digital channels.
• Review P&L statements monthly with senior leaders.
• Develop community programs to increase local exposure.
• Provide training to the design center and participate in corporate training.
