• Proven residential interior design sales background; supervisory experience required.
• Broad knowledge of interior design and effective sales techniques; strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage Annapolis design center operations and drive sales goals.
• Coach design team to improve professionalism and client satisfaction.
• Develop business plans to expand market reach and revenue.
• Lead partnerships with local businesses and digital marketing efforts.
• Review P&L statements monthly with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and drive training.
• Set monthly and quarterly goals with designers.
• Oversee inventories and staffing for growth.
