Job summary

Highwire is seeking a Senior Vice President of Integrated Marketing to lead growth and evolution of its holistic marketing offering. You will partner across insights, strategy, creative, social, paid, and communications to deliver cross-channel programs and measurable results for priority clients.

The role requires 12+ years in marketing leadership within agencies or mid-sized/large environments, with a proven track record of expanding client relationships and building scalable capabilities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy, or marketing leadership in an agency environment.
• Proven experience leading integrated marketing functions, building capabilities, and scaling teams.
• Experience supporting enterprise or high-growth brands and delivering multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and performance of integrated marketing programs for priority client accounts.
• Build and scale Highwire’s integrated marketing function and team.
• Productize offerings and create scalable solutions for client adoption.
• Establish frameworks and tools for collaboration and efficient delivery across initiatives.
• Drive new business growth through opportunities and pitches.
• Serve as a senior strategic advisor aligning brand, communications, and business objectives.
