Highwire is seeking a Senior Vice President of Integrated Marketing in the United States. The role leads growth, evolution, and execution of Highwire’s integrated marketing offering, acting as a trusted advisor to priority clients and partnering across the agency.

The SVP will build capabilities across insights, strategy, creative, social, paid, and communications to deliver cross-channel solutions, drive agency growth, expand client relationships, and position Highwire as a leading integrated

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy, communications, or marketing leadership, with significant agency experience.
• Proven experience leading integrated marketing functions or practice areas within an agency.
• Experience supporting B2B/tech/high-growth brands with integrated strategies.
• Strong track record growing client relationships and expanding accounts.
• Deep expertise across integrated marketing disciplines including brand, creative, paid, social, analytics, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth and performance of integrated marketing programs across priority client accounts, driving measurable impact and account expansion.
• Build, scale, and oversee Highwire’s integrated marketing function, including offerings, best practices, and capability development.
• Productize integrated solutions and create scalable offerings across clients and the agency.
• Establish frameworks, processes, and tools for collaboration, resource allocation, and delivery of initiatives.
• Drive new business growth by identifying opportunities and contributing to pitches with integrated solutions.
• Serve as a senior strategic advisor to clients, aligning brand, communications, product marketing, and business objectives.
