Responsibilities

Set the multi-year strategy, standards, and operating model for enterprise infrastructure operations and engineering.
Own day-to-day infrastructure operations, including monitoring, incident response, change execution, service restoration, and escalation management.
Establish governance for architecture decisions, technical standards, lifecycle management, service ownership, and production support.
Identify and prioritize initiatives based on value, reliability, risk, regulatory needs, technical debt, and TCO.
