Job summary

MHW Search has partnered with a privately held commercial real estate investment firm to identify a Director of Property Management. This role oversees day-to-day operations and financial performance across a 1.5 million square foot industrial portfolio, serving as the primary contact for tenants and coordinating with third-party vendors.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of commercial property management experience required.
• Industrial property management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience overseeing operations, budgets, tenant relations, and capital expenditures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for ~1.5 million sq ft of single-tenant industrial assets.
• Maintain properties to ownership standards; manage building systems, roofs, parking, landscaping.
• Develop preventative maintenance programs and capital improvement projects.
• Coordinate third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Manage tenant relationships and lease obligations, including maintenance responsibilities and OPEX.
