Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Oversee inbound operations across multiple teams and shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Lead front-line managers and develop leadership talent to meet metrics.
Monitor daily/weekly/monthly receiving and inventory KPIs and drive improvements.
Communicate policy updates and coordinate with DC leadership to implement initiatives.
Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and customer service excellence.
