Job summary

Webstaurantstore is seeking an Inbound Operations Manager in Lebanon, TN to oversee receiving and inventory control within a busy e-commerce distribution center. You will lead senior front-line managers and hourly staff, drive performance metrics, and partner with the DC leadership team on continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes schedule flexibility, staffing across shifts, and developing a strong leadership bench while maintaining safety and employee relations. W-2 candidates only.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service-oriented attitude with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in operations management; 2-5 years’ experience with receiving and inventory management strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound operations of an e-commerce distribution center spanning multiple teams and shifts.
• Lead and develop front-line managers and hourly associates; drive performance metrics.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly metrics; address issues and drive improvements.
• Lead meetings to review metrics, share updates, and communicate policies.
• Coach, train and assess leadership to ensure growth and accountability.
• Collaborate with DC leadership to align on initiatives and process improvements.
