Job summary

Webstaurantstore is seeking an Inbound Assistant Manager in Ellabell, GA to support the Inbound Manager in receiving, QA, and put-away of inventory. The role emphasizes accurate onboarding, problem solving, and adherence to SOPs within the distribution center.

You will lead the inbound team, drive metrics, and collaborate with leadership to ensure seamless operations across shifts, while coaching staff and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/receiving operations preferred.
• Proven ability to manage teams and meet metrics.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management of day-to-day operations in the receiving department, including scheduling, unloading, and inventory check‑in.
• Train, coach, develop and hold accountable staff to meet operational metrics.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly metrics and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Communicate policies and procedures clearly to all teams.
• Lead meetings to review metrics, improvements, and project updates.
• Identify opportunities for productivity, cost reduction, and process improvements.
