Job summary

Canyon Ranch Austin seeks a Senior Manager of Experiences and Programming to design and deliver unforgettable wellness moments. You will lead signature events, retreats, guest experts, and immersive experiences, coordinating across culinary, spa, fitness, and operations to elevate the guest journey.

The role requires 7+ years of leadership in hospitality and a focus on guest engagement, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Residency in Texas is expected, with flexible hours for resort programming.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, guest experience, or events.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, planning, and execution of resort programming, retreats, signature events, guest experts, and immersive wellness experiences.
• Develop seasonal and annual experience strategies that enhance guest engagement and differentiate Canyon Ranch.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Spa, Fitness, Health & Performance, Guest Services, Sales, Marketing, and Resort Operations to deliver a seamless guest journey.
• Build and maintain relationships with guest experts, wellness professionals, chefs, artists, luxury brands, and community partners.
• Oversee on-property guest communications, promotional materials, digital signage, and experience storytelling to ensure a consistent brand experience.
• Monitor guest feedback, participation, revenue, and performance metrics to improve programming and operations.
• Manage departmental budgets and resources while identifying opportunities to increase guest satisfaction and ancillary revenue.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team across the resort.
