Job summary

Sphere Entertainment Co. is seeking a visionary VP of Audio Technology Operations to lead the operational excellence of our immersive audio ecosystem across multiple venues.

You will oversee immersive sound, show design, production support and live event execution to deliver exceptional audio quality and reliability. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will shape enterprise standards, collaborate with engineering, product development and venue leadership, and drive scalable solutions

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in audio design, live sound, or immersive audio for large-scale entertainment.
• Senior leadership experience overseeing teams and large-scale audio environments.
• Ability to influence artists, engineers and creative leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee audio technology operations across multiple venues and events.
• Develop and execute the long-term vision and operational strategy for venue-wide audio systems.
• Lead and mentor immersive audio leads, technicians and production staff.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to operationalize emerging audio tech.
• Establish standards, training programs and accountability for world-class audio experiences.
• Manage vendor relationships, service agreements and maintenance programs.
