Job summary

Otherworld is seeking a visionary Vice President of Immersive Technology to set the technological vision and drive strategy for cutting-edge immersive experiences. You will lead developers and engineers in projection mapping, LED installations, and interactive gaming systems, shaping a bold, innovative roadmap.

You will mentor teams, architect scalable solutions, and manage multiple projects while partnering with vendors and creators to deliver world-class experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience leading gaming technology strategy at senior level.
• Extensive experience with projection mapping, LED installations, and interactive games.
• Familiar with TouchDesigner, Unity3D, or similar software; strong portfolio needed.
• Deep understanding of software development, architecture, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication to inspire cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with passion for innovation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic tech direction in projection mapping, LED tech, and game dev.
• Lead a network of developers and engineers; foster collaboration and learning.
• Oversee projection mapping and LED installs for immersive experiences.
• Lead development of immersive games using Unity3D and related tools.
• Define scalable technical architectures and ensure performance and reliability.
• Manage multiple projects with budgets, timelines, and quality controls.
• Build partnerships with vendors and content creators to drive growth.
