Job summary

Signal & Strand in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Vice President, Technology Innovation to guide immersive entertainment technology across premium venues. You will own the technology strategy, lead a multidisciplinary team, and partner with global HQ to align standards and drive innovation.

You will deliver world-class venue systems—from projection and audio to control and proprietary platforms—while shaping pilots and next-generation concepts for audiences across the Americas.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in entertainment technology and related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Deep technical fluency across digital projection, immersive sound, show control and automation.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across engineering, operations, and project management.
• Experience with supply chain and manufacturing operations.
• Executive presence and ability to influence across a global matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multidisciplinary org spanning Engineering, Technology Operations, Project Management, Installation, Technical Services, Procurement, and R&D.
• Lead the full technical lifecycle of partner venues—from deal closure to commissioning and ongoing support.
• Develop long-term technology roadmap including pilots for next-generation immersive experiences.
• Act as primary technology liaison for the Americas with global HQ to align standards and innovation initiatives.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams; enforce best practices and drive organizational change.
