Job summary

Signal and Strand is seeking a Senior Vice President of Technology Innovation to lead immersive entertainment technology across venues in the Americas. This onsite role in Los Angeles requires steering complex deployments, managing cross-functional teams, and shaping the long-term tech roadmap for cutting-edge immersive experiences.

You will partner with executive leadership to drive technology strategy, oversee global partnerships, and mentor engineers and operations professionals to deliver

Qualifications

• 15+ years in entertainment tech leadership roles.
• 5–10 years leading multidisciplinary teams across engineering, operations, project management, and technology.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Fluent knowledge of digital projection, audio, immersive systems.
• Experience within a global matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end technology innovation for immersive venues and projects.
• Lead deployment programs with on-time delivery of parts, logistics, and tech at sites across the Americas.
• Develop long-term tech roadmap, pilots, and next-generation formats for immersive experiences.
• Serve as primary technology liaison with global HQ for Americas alignment.
• Mentor and grow high-performing engineering teams.
