Job summary

Signal & Strand in Los Angeles seeks a Senior Vice President, Technology Innovation to unite engineering, operations, and strategy across venues in the Americas and beyond. Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in entertainment technology, theatrical exhibition, audiovisual engineering, systems integration, or related hardware-driven industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Systems, or related) required.
• Deep technical fluency across digital projection, audio and immersive sound, show control and automation, content delivery, systems integration, premium large-format environments, and motion and environmental effects.
• Proven success delivering complex capital projects and technology initiatives from R&D and strategic planning through deployment and ongoing operations.
• Experience with supply chain and manufacturing operations and operating in a global matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across Engineering, Technology Operations, Project Management, Installation, Technical Services, Procurement, and R&D.
• Oversee the full technical lifecycle of partner venues from deal handover through parts delivery, installation, commissioning, and ongoing support.
• Develop long-term technology and innovation roadmap including next-generation formats and pilots.
• Serve as senior technology liaison for the Americas with global HQ to align standards and priorities.
