Job summary

Zorro, a fast-growing technology startup in the United States, is seeking a Director of ICHRA Implementation & Onboarding to lead the full onboarding journey for employers, brokers, and employees. You will design scalable processes and an implementation model to support rapid customer growth and peak enrollment.

You will own payroll and HRIS integrations, build a capable implementation team, and partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations to ensure compliant, high-quality

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ICHRA, individual health benefits, or closely related domains.
• Direct, hands-on experience implementing ICHRA programs for employers is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end implementations from contract signature through go-live.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end ICHRA implementation and onboarding experience from kickoff through go-live.
• Build and scale the Implementation team with hiring models, capacity planning, and role specialization.
• Define and standardize implementation processes, documentation, and playbooks for consistent onboarding.
• Own payroll and HRIS integrations during implementation, including intake and validation of payroll data, data coordination, and timelines.
• Design and own the client communication journey during onboarding, including timelines and milestones.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure a smooth post-go-live handoff and risk awareness.
