Job summary

Thatch is seeking an Implementation Manager to guide mid-market employers through transitioning to Thatch and ICHRA. You will lead pre-sale to post-implementation, coordinate with Product, Operations, Support, and Compliance, and ensure a smooth enrollment experience for employees.

You will educate employers, develop enrollment strategies, and partner with Field Account Managers to deliver high-touch implementations. This role is fully distributed in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer implementations, onboarding programs, or complex projects.
• Strong project management with multiple stakeholders alignment.
• Excellent customer communication, facilitation, and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Own implementations from pre-sale planning through launch and post-implementation handoff.
• Build and manage clear project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and escalation paths.
• Lead customers through operational changes required to adopt an ICHRA.
• Educate and train employers and plan admins to manage the new benefits model.
• Develop enrollment strategies and employee communication plans.
