Watson is launching a new HVAC & Mechanical Operations division, and we’re looking for an experienced HVAC professional who wants the opportunity to build something from the ground up.

For years, Watson has successfully served the Upstate through our established duct cleaning, chimney, mold, and remediation operations. As our business continues to grow, we’re bringing HVAC and mechanical services in-house—and we’re looking for the person who can lead the charge.

This is more than a technician role. You’ll have the opportunity to build the division, establish the operation, lead a team, and play a key role in its growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development and day-to-day operations of Watson’s new HVAC & Mechanical division
• Build and grow the division from the ground up
• Develop processes, systems, and best practices for the new operation
• Lead, train, and mentor HVAC team members as the division grows
