The Role

You’ll be one of the first boots on the ground — running service, diagnosing systems, talking directly with homeowners, and executing clean installs. You’ll also help us shape how we do HVAC here at WyattWorks. The right person doesn’t just turn wrenches — they turn moments into long-term customer relationships.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have solid residential experience: forced air systems, heat pumps, and hot water or steam boiler work.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers.
• Can present options and close the sale with integrity.
