Watson Duct & Chimney is launching a new HVAC & Mechanical Operations division in Greenville, SC and seeks an experienced HVAC professional to lead the charge. This role goes beyond a technician position, offering ownership of the division's growth, processes, and service offerings.

You will build and lead a team, develop operations, and establish relationships with customers and partners, aiming for long-term success and six-figure earnings as the division scales.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to train and mentor technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and day-to-day operations of Watson’s new HVAC & Mechanical division.
• Build and grow the division from the ground up.
• Develop processes, systems, and best practices for the new operation.
• Lead, train, and mentor HVAC team members as the division grows.
• Perform and oversee residential and commercial HVAC work.
• Help identify new opportunities and develop the division’s service offerings.
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, professionalism, and customer service.
