Watson Heating & Air in Richmond, KY is seeking a Senior HVAC Service Technician for full-time work to service Central Kentucky. You will diagnose issues, deliver professional HVAC service, uphold company standards, and represent Watson with integrity on every visit.

Applicants should have Kentucky HVAC Journeyman license, a valid driver’s license, and 2+ years of full-time service experience; preferred: 2+ years lead technician, EPA license, and NATE or equivalent certifications.

Watson Heating & Air in Richmond, KY is growing and looking for a Full-time Senior HVAC Service Technician to help us continue delivering exceptional service throughout Central Kentucky. You will earn $75,000 to $125,000 per year plus bonuses. As our Senior HVAC Service Technician, you will dispatch directly from home to customer job sites throughout Lexington, Berea, Nicholasville, Danville, Irvine, Georgetown, and surrounding Central Kentucky communities.

Throughout your day, you will diagnose issues, provide professional service, uphold company standards, and represent the company with integrity and professionalism during every interaction. You will communicate clearly with customers, deliver dependable HVAC solutions, and help maintain the outstanding reputation that our team has built across Central Kentucky. Every service call will give you the opportunity to showcase your technical expertise while creating a positive experience for customers.

Required Qualifications:

• Kentucky HVAC Journeyman license
