Job summary

Havtech seeks an experienced Director of Supply Sales to lead a team of Distribution Account Managers and drive growth across outside sales.

The role focuses on developing strategic plans, mentoring the team, expanding the customer base, and collaborating with Marketing and Operations to optimize performance and profitability.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in HVAC distribution sales, proven leadership, and a track record of accelerating revenue in a B2B environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 10+ years of HVAC experience increasing distribution sales required.
• 5+ years of direct management experience managing a sales organization and coaching a sales team.
• Experience in consultative type sales in a business-to-business environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills – earns respect of peers, team, and customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications

Responsibilities

• Deliver business results by improving the performance of the team in overall sales and gross profit generation.
• Develop annual Distribution sales business plan to drive revenue and increase market share.
• Mentor and coach Distribution Account Managers to capitalize on sales opportunities and maximize share of customer spend.
• Work with sales team to increase personal effectiveness to develop new customers and maximize existing clientele share-of-wallet.
• Develop and maintain key customer relationships and expand the company’s customer base.
• Track and analyze sales data and set goals based on market data.
