Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in HVAC.
• Minimum 5 years managing HVAC distributor channels at regional or national level.
• Proven success working with wholesale HVAC distributors, dealer networks, and contractor relationships.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales growth objectives.
• Experience managing multi-state or national territories.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national sales strategies focused on HVAC distribution channels.
• Create annual business plans, sales forecasts, and growth initiatives.
• Identify market opportunities and competitive threats within HVAC.
• Drive new business development through distributor expansion and market penetration.
• Build and maintain relationships with national, regional, and independent distributors.
• Negotiate pricing, rebates, and channel contracts; support program development.
• Lead and develop Regional Sales Managers and Manufacturer Representatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Product Management to improve performance.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting; present updates to executives.
